Reason for selling
The main reason for selling the childcare was that the owners, after years of successfully working on Potje Knor, were ready for a new challenge. Also, the constantly changing laws and regulations and the overall regulatory burden within the childcare played an important role in the desire to sell.

Role of Match Plan
Match Plan assisted Potje Knor throughout the entire process. This included writing up the information memorandum, drawing up the longlist of potential buyers, approaching the interested parties, the letter of intent, carrying out the audit and drawing up the purchase agreement.
