These include parts for medical devices, pipe and structural work for the construction industry and various tools for industry. Steel, aluminium and stainless steel are the most common types of material and are processed both as sheets and tubes/sleeves. Brinkman Special Products Brinkman Special Products has been in the sheet metal and construction business for stainless steel, steel and aluminium since 1996. They specialise in custom design and manufacture of stainless steel, steel and aluminium products. Besides development and production, Brinkman also provides finishing such as grinding, powder-coating, spraying and galvanising. Role of Match Plan Match Plan advised the shareholders of Metaalcenter Driessen from the moment they had the concrete interest in Brinkman. Among other things, we coordinated the due diligence, arranged the bank financing, drafted the transaction documentation and subsequently discussed and negotiated it. From Match Plan, Matthias Duijzer, Leon Koorevaar, Raymon Kouwenhoven and Niels Ansems were on the deal team. |
