Ten years ago, two sisters decided to set up their own day care center: De Zonnestraaltjes. De Zonnestraaltjes is located in Bleiswijk and is a small-scale and homely nursery. Because of the skilled and qualified staff, parents can rest assured that their children are in good hands. De Zonnestraaltjes offers care for children from 6 weeks to 4 years and works with horizontal groups. After ten beautiful years, the sisters are ready for a next step. As of May 1, 2021, the daycare center will join KidsFoundation.

KidsFoundation is an organization in which several leading childcare organizations work together with one common goal: to offer parents the best conceivable and most valued childcare in their own neighborhood. Professionally organized childcare with a local character.

Match Plan assisted all shareholders during the entire sales process. The focus was on assessing the indicative bids on the basis of a high level valuation. After which Match Plan has accompanied the shareholders during the negotiations, the recording in a letter of intent, the due diligence process and the recording of the agreed arrangements in the final contract documentation.

Match Plan assisted De Zonnestraaltjes in the entire sales process. This included an indicative valuation of the business, preparation of an information memorandum and conducting the negotiations.
