The Fairytale Forest

Het Sprookjesbos has been active in childcare since 2002 with 2 beautiful locations in Den Bosch and Berghem, respectively. At both locations, Het Sprookjesbos offers daycare and out-of-school care. In Den Bosch, it also offers toddler arrangements. Parents choose the Sprookjesbos because of its known pedagogical quality, standards and values. For children aged 0 to 4, the Den Bosch location has 6 groups and 64 child places, and an after-school care with 22 child places. The location in Berghem offers 16 child places in day care and 22 in BSO. The Sprookjesbos is characterised by long opening hours, attractive facilities, ample outdoor play areas and high quality standards with permanent faces in the groups.

Partou

With Partou, we have found a party that stands for professional, safe and inclusive childcare that contributes to children’s development. Partou has existed for 38 years and, with 700 locations, is now the largest childcare organisation in the Netherlands. With Het Sprookjesbos, Partou has gained two locations around Den Bosch, a unique reinforcement in that region.

Role of Match Plan

Match Plan guided and advised The Fairytale Forest throughout the process. Here, we helped with, among other things:

– Drafting an information memorandum
– Conducting introductory interviews with interested buyers
– Analysing and providing guidance in assessing the bids
– Conducting negotiations with the selected interested buyers
– Advising on the letter of intent
– Coordinating the due diligence process
– Final negotiations towards the closing
