Westbury Group/ICFG US’s client, Enthermics Medical Systems, Inc. (“Enthermics”) has been acquired by Pedigo Products, Inc. (“Pedigo”), a leading provider of quality medical products and devices. Patrick Huddie and Robert Croddy led the investment banking team for Westbury and played pivotal roles in structuring and negotiating the transaction. Their expertise and guidance were instrumental in ensuring a smooth and successful transaction.

The strategic move strengthens Pedigo’s product offerings and enhances its ability to provide comprehensive warming solutions to healthcare facilities worldwide.
