Employing a strong team of circa 70 people, Ceetech designs, specifies, installs, and maintains infrastructure for a wide range of public and private sector clients including hospitals, education, leisure, retail, industrial, custodial, and military facilities. The business has a well-established network of direct clients and Tier 1 contractors and is working on a variety of multi-million-pound design and build projects.
Having established the business over 20 years ago the shareholders mandated HMT to find a strategic acquirer who will help the business continue on its impressive growth journey.

HMT acted as lead advisors on the transaction which included assessing the strategic options for the shareholders, negotiating detailed disposal terms, financial modelling and project managing the deal to a successful completion.
