Thierry is a French and Canadian M&A expert with 28 years strong industrial and international experience in France, the USA, Brasil, Argentina and Asia.
He also worked as a certified coach for industry executives, building strong expertise and network. He is passionate and very experienced in Change Management and company transformations.
Experience
Thierry has worked for most of his career in the industry, as an executive, both in large groups (Valeo, Faurecia) and in MidCap companies: President of Farman (70M€, robotised cells) and General Manager of HMY (500M€, leader of shop fitting on 3 continents).
Over the past few years, he has worked as an industrial coach for start-ups and SMEs. In the past, he has also been a marketing and product development consultant.
During his career, he has steered several business transfer, acquisition and merger operations.
Thierry joined SOCIETEX in April 2020, and provides both his extensive knowledge of the industrial sector, his strategic experience in M&A and his networks in South America and Asia.
His industrial best-known fields are Automotive, General Industry, Distribution, Robotics, Telecoms, Medical imaging.
Education
Thierry holds an Engineering MSc degree from CentraleSupelec, one of the key engineering schools in France.
Life drives and passions
Thierry is a musician and passionate for Brazilian music playing. He also has a regular practice of rowing on the Seine river.
