Mohit has previously worked at leadership positions at HDFC Bank, Dolat Capital, Equirus Capital and Tholons Capital. He has worked in global technology companies like Ericsson and Cap Gemini.
Startup Experience: Founding team member of Digital Payment Fintech Startup based on Aadhaar India Stack. Worked on Cross-border M&A and Fund Raise transactions across Traditional Enterprise Tech, Consumer Tech and SaaS segments.
Mohit also has an extensive experience of handling 100+ mandates with 30+ deal closures in M&A, Fund Raise and IPO transactions.
He is focused on technology based investment banking with experience across both new-age technology and TMT sector. He built deep domain specialization in FinTech across key sub-segments viz. Payments, Lending, FinTech Infra and Investment. Strong network of Fintech ecosystem – Startup & Unicorns, Investors, Think Tank / consultants, Associations, Lawyers, Regulatory agencies.

Mohit is an MBA from IIT Bombay, Engineering degree in Computer Science and CFA from CFA Institute, USA.
Life drives and passions
Have passion for fitness, hiking and outdoor adventures. Mohit is an advanced PADI certified scuba diver and have done over 80 open water dives.
