Lars is a Director in Corporate Finance at Wintergerst, a former investment banker and consultant with a strong experience in M&A .
Experience
Lars joined Wintergerst in 2021 and since then he supported various companies in buy-side and sell-side projects. Furthermore, he executed several due diligence projects for a number of clients.
Before joining Wintergerst, Lars worked as Director in finance and administration at a German MidCap company where he was tasked with mergers and acquisitions, as an Associate at an international investment bank and gained experience in transaction advisory and Restructuring at a major consulting firm in Germany.
Education
He graduated from the University of Cologne with a MSc in Business Administration, to which he added a Master in International Management from a global alliance of leading business schools (CEMS)

Berlin-based HR Group takes over the Success Hotel Management Group based in Stuttgart. The entire acquisition process was accompanied by ICFG Germany (Wintergerst Societät für Unternehmer-Beratung) within the framework of a competitive bidding process.
