What are the landmark transactions Flair Capital has been involved in?
Flair Capital advised the owners of HMK Bilcon in selling a stake of the company to Dansk Ejerkapital. HMK Bilcon is one of the largest defense companies in Denmark, manufacturing defense tankers, tanker solutions and mobile tanker solutions of the highest quality primarily for the Scandinavian market.
Flair Capital advised the owner of Interiør A/S in selling a stake to Witt A/S. Interiør A/S is one of the largest design retailers in Denmark. The owner was looking for a strategic partner, who could help the company grow in the rest of Scandinavia, primarily through their online sale channel.
Flair Capital advised the owner of EIO Energy, by raising capital for the fund. EIO Energy is a new energy trading company based in Aarhus. With knowledge from the energy sector, the company has launched a digital electricity trading platform where both private and institutional investors get the opportunity to trade energy on the European markets.
