Suncoblinds is a company that has been supplying window decoration since 1968. They have a diverse collection of high-quality products and manage the production process in-house. With their own transport on fixed routes, they deliver throughout the country. The company is committed to sustainability through eco-friendly packaging and the use of solar energy and residual heat. Role of Match Plan

Match Plan assisted and advised the shareholders of Hewo Window Decorations throughout the process. Among other things, we helped with:
– Drafting an information memorandum and long list
– Conducting introductory talks with interested buyers
– Analysing and providing guidance on assessing the bids
– Conducting negotiations with the selected interested buyers
– Drafting and agreeing the letter of intent
– Agreeing the final transaction documentation
