ICFG Italy advises Gruppo Florence on 5 new acquisitions
Enrico has an extensive experience in corporate finance, investment banking and private equity, mainly in building holding companies with related M&A transactions.
He is a founding partner of Twice SIM SpA, a brokerage firm specialised in trading on-line, capital markets and corporate finance advisory for small and medium caps, and his areas of expertise are: retail, information technology, renewable energy, waste management, gaming and automotive industries.
Experience
Enrico started his career as an Analyst at Morgan Stanley, then occupied various positions within corporate groups: Benetton Group (Italy), Safilo Group (USA).
After some years as an Investment Officer at 21 Investimenti, he became Vice-President of Ralph Lauren Eyewear.
Then, he founded the Twice SIM Group and was the Twice Corporate Finance Managing Director for almost ten years.
He spent some time as an independent advisor before working as a senior Partner at Palmer Corporate Finance, and then at District Advisory until nowadays.
Education
Enrico is a Graduate from Boston University with a B.Sc in Business Administration, and also obtained a Master in Business Administration at INSEAD School in France.

ICFG Italy, District Advisory, allows the Florence Group to increase its production capacity in the clothing sector through the acquisition of five companies of excellence specialized in niche productions: CAM (BG), Confezioni Elledue (AR), Frediani (TO), Parmamoda (PR) and Pigolotti (PG). In just over two years, the Florence Group has bought 12 companies for an estimated total turnover of over 200 million euro with over 1000 employees operating in different regions of Italy.
